Affiliate Marketing is the process of placing ads and or links on your website that refer to other websites with similar products or content. You will get paid a commission any time a visitor to your site clicks and completes and action on your partner’s website. You can search for available affiliate programs using any of the search engines, or you can go through one of the affiliate marketing companies like Commission Junction or Lead Flash. Make sure your site is up and running prior to applying for an affiliate position or your request will most likely be denied.
One of the advantages of being an affiliate is that your partner company will supply you will all the advertising material and graphics you need.

Another potentially unlimited income source is selling ad space on your web site. In the early stages of your website your best bet is to stay with packaged programs, such as Google’s Adsense or Kanoodle. There are dozens of companies offering this type of program so again search the internet for other options.
As your site grows in traffic (unique visitors per month) so does the value of ad space on your site. Eventually, you can earn up to $1,000 a month or so per ad. Again, the value of your as space is directly proportionate to your traffic so ensure that you are always finding ways to increase it.
